Return & Replacement

We believe in the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. But since our products are made for personal use, we can't accept returns or offer replacements for products that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons.
We also want to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s what to do:
You have 48 hours from the time your order is delivered to request a return or replacement if the product arrived damaged or expired. We call this a "Defective Delivery."
To help us get things sorted quickly, please follow these simple steps:

  • Take an unboxing video. This video should clearly show any issues with the product.
  • Send the video to us along with your replacement request.
We won't be able to process a request without this video or if it's sent after the 48-hour window.

We can’t process a return or replacement if:

  • The product has been used or altered.
  • The product received is damaged in a way that’s different from what was shown in your unboxing video.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging, price tags, labels, or any free gifts/samples that came with it.
  • The request is initiated after the 48-hour window.

Please remember that submitting a request doesn't guarantee an immediate replacement. We'll carefully review the evidence you provide to confirm the defect and then get your new product on its way. We trust you'll respect our decision on this.

If We Cancel Your Order

There are rare cases where we might have to cancel your order. This could be due to unexpected issues like:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • An error in our pricing.
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

If this happens, we’ll promptly refund your money within 7 business days. We may also reach out to you if we need more information to process your order.
Our goal is to be as transparent as possible with you, every step of the way.

A Note on Your Delivery

All our products are packaged with a tamper-proof seal. If your package arrives with a broken seal or damaged outer packaging, please do not accept it. Accepting a tampered package may affect your eligibility for a return or replacement.

Our One-Time Replacement Promise

We would like to clarify that we can only offer one replacement or return per product. Once a product has been replaced or returned once, it is considered the final product and is no longer eligible for any further returns or replacements.
