Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in these situations:
- If your return/replacement request is approved but a replacement isn't possible, or you don't want one.
- If we or you have canceled the order according to our policy.
All refunds are processed after your returned or canceled order is received and verified at our warehouse.
The refund will be sent back to the card or account you used for the purchase. This usually takes 5-7 business days to process, but it can take up to 1-2 billing cycles to show up on your statement, depending on your bank.
