Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and sometimes you need to change your order. We get it.
You can request to cancel your entire order as long as it hasn't been processed yet. To do this, simply send us a message at support@enterparable.com from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
We’ll do our best to process your request, but please know that once an order is processed, we can’t stop it from being shipped.

What to Keep in Mind

  • Combo Packs: If you ordered a product as part of a package or promotional deal, canceling one item will cancel the entire pack.
  • Promotional Codes & Freebies: If you used a promotional code, you won’t be able to use it again if your order is canceled. Any free gifts or special offers you received with that purchase will also be forfeited.

If We Cancel Your Order

There are rare cases where we might have to cancel your order. This could be due to unexpected issues like:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • An error in our pricing.
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

If this happens, we’ll promptly refund your money within 7 business days. We may also reach out to you if we need more information to process your order.
